What to Expect

You should think about hiring a somatic sex therapist or relationship coach as if you were hiring a personal trainer: If you want to lose 30 lbs it's going to take more than one visit to the gym. And you have to have goals and ways to identify when those goals have been achieved.

You've hired a third party who is a qualified guide and who knows how to get you from point A to point B so it takes some trust, patience, and trusting the process if you want to get results. 

To be successful with your couples work you should know why you are seeking help at this time. 

You should have a clear idea of what goals you want to accomplish:  

• What's the outcome you're looking for? 
• What's been in the way of your realizing those results up until now?
• What is it that you deeply desire and want?
• Who do you need to become in order to create those results?

Just like trying to lose weight, or getting in better physical shape, realizing your goals and getting results with sex therapy takes commitment and work and an investment of resources. 

And just like taking a vitamin one time or going to the gym only a few times isn't going to cut it if you want to get in better health, the same is true for your emotional wellbeing and the health of your intimate relationships.  

Mutual Expectations

Throughout our work together it is important that we both agree to consistently check in about how we feel things are working and your progress towards your goals.   

Sometimes this process can be uncomfortable or confronting.   It's important that you understand that our work together is a co-created experience for which we are both accountable. So if at anytime something is not working for you it's important for you let me know.  

I hold a sacred space for all my clients to do deep inner work.  And I am completely dedicated to serving you at the highest capacity using the my skills, training, and knowledge.

I show up 100% fully committed to you and your process.  Therefore, I only accept clients who are also 100% committed to showing up for themselves and doing the work at a level 10.

FAQ's

Q. Do You Accept Insurance?

A. No. I do not accept insurance. Some clients have been able to use their HSA accounts to pay for services.

Q: What Are Your Hourly Rates?

A: I do not use hourly rates. Fees are program based, not hourly based. Please refer to each specific program to view the current rates. 

Q. Do You Work in Person or Online?

A: Both. Most of my work is conducted virtually however I also offer in person retreats and weekend intensives.
