During this two-hour experiential workshop you'll

• Get all those questions answered you always wanted to ask in your high school sex ed class
• Learn tools to be empowered by your body: feel beautiful, sovereign, and powerful
• Learn way more than a textbook could ever teach you: the pleasure essentials for that juicy intimacy you crave

You'll learn:

• All about orgasm during penetration and why it can feel impossible for some women. (Don’t worry, IT ISN’T!)
• How female ejaculation works and secrets to entice this divine nectar from your partner.
• What the female arousal tissue and what it has to do with the nervous system.
• How the language you have (or lack) to describe your or your partner’s body can actually limit your ability to access sensation. 
• Why the yoni (female genitalia) seems so mysterious for most people and how to break out of this haze and into clarity.

Some Things To Keep in Mind

This workshop will be exciting and information-packed. We will be learning sex education through and with the body.  There will be numerous partnered practices that involve verbal sharing while learning through the body’s messages.

For Couples

Couples who attend the workshop together will remain partnered with one another for the entire two-hour workshop. Be prepared to be vulnerable and to have new experiences together. We do our best to make this space safe enough for this kind of exploration.

 For Individuals

If you will be attending the workshop solo or without an intimate partner, please be prepared to be partnered with another individual in the class and be ok with personal sharing and being a bit vulnerable with a stranger. There will also always be the option of exploring your intimacy with yourself. Sometimes we gain the most clarity about our sexuality with others when we look at the shape of our intimacy with ourselves, and you are so welcome to dive into this exploration in this space. We do our best to make this space safe enough for these kinds of exploration.

 You Can Keep Your Clothes On (and your hat too if you like!)

And just because I know you are wondering……The answer is no, there will be absolutely no nudity or sexual touching of any kind in this class, save a little hand stroking (please keep your clothes on folks!).
